Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Marketing Manager to help define and drive our marketing strategy across PCIe, optical communication, and other high-speed interconnect applications. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and an in-depth understanding of the datacenter ecosystem—including Ethernet, InfiniBand, CPUs/GPUs, and emerging AI infrastructure.

You will work cross-functionally with R&D, product engineering, sales, and operations to turn customer needs and market trends into compelling product marketing roadmaps. This position is both strategic and hands-on and will require a blend of deep technical insight and strong marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement technical marketing strategies aligned with industry trends and customer needs in PCIe, optical, and datacenter high-speed interconnects.
  • Collaborate with key customers, OEMs/ODMs, and ecosystem partners to gather product requirements and influence solution development.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear marketing requirements documents (MRDs) to guide product development.
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitive research to identify opportunities and refine positioning.
  • Develop compelling marketing collateral including product briefs, datasheets, presentations, white papers, and sales training materials.
  • Support product launches, customer events, and trade shows, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Actively contribute to or participate in relevant industry standard bodies and working groups as needed.
  • Partner with the sales team to provide pre-sales technical support and sales enablement.
  • Report regularly to leadership on market trends, marketing initiatives, and performance outcomes.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical marketing, product marketing, or product management in the semiconductor, interconnect, or networking industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of PCIe hardware and software (e.g., PCIe Gen 4/5/6), and system architecture.
  • Familiarity with datacenter infrastructure and other high-speed interconnects such as Ethernet, InfiniBand, HPC systems, and AI accelerators (e.g., CPUs, GPUs).
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a global, cross-functional team.
